About insurance

Your claim, your call.

If you file an insurance claim, the claim is between you and your insurance company. We can give you our moisture readings, photos, documentation and written, itemized estimate to share with your insurer, and we can explain our own estimate. We don’t interpret insurance policies, advise on coverage, or negotiate or adjust claims. For coverage questions, contact your insurance company or agent, or a licensed public adjuster of your choosing. You are responsible for paying your deductible.
