- Inspect: we check the roof and your solar system before anything comes off, then give you photos and a written, itemized quote.
- Protect: your panels are detached and stored while the roof is replaced to Florida Building Code wind requirements.
- Restore: we reset your panels on the new roof and check the system, with roofing and electrical handled by one licensed company.

Another company installed my panels. Can you still do this?
Yes. We service solar systems from any installer, not just systems we installed.
Why replace the roof while the panels are off?
If your roof is near the end of its life, replacing it while the panels are off once means you won’t need to remove them again for roof work later.
Who handles the electrical side?
We do. Suncor holds a Florida electrical contractor license, FL Lic. EC13011309, alongside our roofing license, FL Lic. CCC1334786, so the detach, reroof and reset stay with one company.
