What we check
Inspect. Protect. Restore.
- Inspect: a solar system check and a roof inspection together, with photos of what we find.
- Protect: we look for loose panels, damaged wiring and leaks around roof mounts, so storm damage doesn’t turn into water damage.
- Restore: a written, itemized quote for the repair, with panels, roof and water damage handled by one licensed company. You decide if and when.
Questions
Solar repair FAQ
Suncor didn’t install my system. Can you help?
Yes. We service solar systems from any installer, not just systems we installed.
Why inspect the roof too?
Storm damage to panels can come with damage to the roof under them, and roof mounts are a common place for leaks. Checking both at once gives you one plan instead of two.
What if the roof needs replacing?
We can detach and store your panels, replace the roof, then reset your system, with roofing and electrical handled under one licensed company.
What areas do you cover, and when can I reach you?
Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties, including Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Navarre, Crestview, Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Phones are answered Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET at 850.530.7970. Outside those hours, send a request online.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Suncor Solar is a Florida certified roofing contractor (FL Lic. CCC1334786) and electrical contractor (FL Lic. EC13011309), an IICRC Certified Firm and a Tesla Certified Installer. You can check any contractor’s license at myfloridalicense.com.
